Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected changes can occur, and we strive to offer a fair cancellation policy while ensuring smooth operations for all our guests. Please review our policy before booking:

• Free Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation 7 days or more before your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a full refund of your booking amount.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before check-in will qualify for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

• No Refund: If you cancel less than 3 days before check-in or fail to show up, we will be unable to offer a refund as it may not be possible to rebook the room at such short notice.

• If you need to modify your booking dates, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

• In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we encourage guests to reach out to discuss possible options.
